Guided-Imagery Balance
Using guided-imagery hypnosis you can develop true balance in yourself.
Balance is defined as being in or coming into a state of equilibrium.
One way to gain this balance or equilibrium is to work with your chakras.
Inside each of us there are seven chakras or energy centers running
along our spine. Each of these has a different color and spin in a clockwise direction. The spacing of the chakras
matches the major nerve centers of the body.
They can become blocked, making us feel
sick or out of balance.
By working with the chakra system through yoga, meditation, breathing
techniques or hypnosis you can begin to bring all the chakras into balance and gain health and wellness. Yoga and
meditation can be learned through books or in a studio.
Breathing techniques are the
first place you always start. People who do
yoga and meditation have used the breath to alter their brain wave patterns for
centuries.
